800V DC racks need silicon-carbide and gallium-nitride switches at every conversion step. Capacity is ample after the EV slowdown, so the constraint is qualified AI designs, not wafers.
What would prove us wrong. Strengthens if 800V adoption outruns qualified GaN/SiC supply for AI power shelves.
